It has been an honor and a privilege for me to be a teacher at Archimedean since 2004. Throughout the past 14 years, I have taught American and Greek Mathematics to grades 4 through 8, including General Mathematics, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry. My educational background includes earning a diverse array of degrees in sciences and education, which have encompassed the following: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, and an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with specialization in Math Education (a degree between the Master’s and Ph.D. levels). Furthermore, I hold a Florida Educator’s Certificate in Elementary Education, Mathematics Grades 5–9, Mathematics Grades 6–12, and Endorsement in Teaching Gifted Education. While initially working in the engineering field at the start of my professional career, I discovered that my love for education motivated me to become a teacher to which I transitioned. I believe in the power of educating young minds while guiding them in their pursuit of achieving their dreams and goals.
