Ms. Despoina Stavropoulou is a Greek and Latin Language Teacher at Archimedean Upper Conservatory in Miami.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philology with a specialization in Classics and a Master’s Degree in Latin from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

She has also completed additional academic training in Special Education and Intercultural Education, supporting the development of inclusive and student-centered learning environments.

She began her teaching career in 2019, teaching Greek and Latin to both high school and university students, as well as teaching Greek as a Foreign Language.

She has also taught Ancient Greek, Modern Greek, and Latin in a secondary education tutoring center in Thessaloniki.

In her current role, she applies an immersion-based approach to language instruction, fostering both linguistic proficiency and an appreciation of Greek cultural heritage.
