Mrs. Natalie Roman comes from a family of educators and has over 35 years of experience in the field of education.

She began teaching during high school and continued in college at her parents’ English Language Institute in La Romana, Dominican Republic.

Throughout her career, she has taught High School English, Biology, Chemistry, Algebra, and Geometry, as well as Elementary and Middle School Mathematics for grades 3rd–8th.

She also successfully homeschooled her nine children, who have pursued careers in fields including medicine, engineering, physics, Asian studies, digital animation, and teaching.

Mrs. Roman holds certifications in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) and Mathematics (Grades 5–9).

She is passionate about helping students succeed and believes that, with the right tools and support, every child can learn.
