Vitzilaiou, Elisavet | Greek Mathematics

Ms. Elisavet Vitzilaiou has over 33 years of teaching experience.

She began her career as a Kindergarten and Elementary School Teacher at I.M. Panagiotopoulos Private School in Athens, where she taught from 1990 to 1998.

From 1998 to 2023, she served as the Coordinator for Grades 1–4 at the 1st Experimental Elementary School of Chalandri in Athens.

Since 2023, she has been a member of the Archimedean Academy faculty, where she teaches Greek Math.

She holds diplomas from both Ekali’s Kindergarten Teacher Training College and the Teacher Training College of Tripolis, graduating with top honors.

She continued her studies at the Department of Pedagogics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she again graduated with first honors.

She also completed a Further Training Program in Special Education at the Marasleion Teacher Training School of Athens.

Ms. Vitzilaiou earned a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Education from the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogics, and Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with first honors.

Additionally, she completed a 400-hour seminar focused on methods and technological applications in Mathematics teaching.
