Evelina Antonopoulou: Evgenia (Evelina) Antonopoulou was born and raised in Greece. She graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, School of Philosophy with a Bachelor in Psychology with orientation in Clinical and Social Psychology. She later acquired an M.A.in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis, Indiana U.S.A. She continued her studies and pursued her European Certificate of Gestalt Psychotherapy, (Postgraduate training in Gestalt therapy) and in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as in Psychological Traumatotherapy by the method EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. She holds Proficiency in the Greek Language. She has 20 years of experience working as an educator and psychotherapist. She worked in the Children’s Laboratory, Prognosis, Diagnosis, Treatment, in Greece which was a Speech, Writing, and Behavior Center from 1999-2014 and she had also her own private practice. She has been a substitute teacher in Archimedean since 2016 for the AA and AUC. Her intention is through the teaching of the Greek Language and the benefit of bilingual education to inspire each student to reveal his/her cognitive, behavioral, and psychological potential, his/her uniqueness, and authentic love for life and knowledge!
