I, hereby acknowledge that I have received, read, and accept the terms of the Archimedean Academy Employee Handbook for the 2023– 2024 school year.

This Employee handbook is an important document intended to help you become acquainted with the Archimedean Schools. This document is intended to provide guidelines and general descriptions only; it is not the final word in all cases. Individual circumstances may call for individual attention. Your adherence to the School policies is for your protection, the School’s smooth operation and the students’ best interest.

Because the Archimedean Schools operations may change, the contents of this handbook may be changed at any time, with or without notice, in an individual case or generally, at the sole discretion of management. Please be sure to place new policies in your Handbook, to keep current or check this employee handbook often for revisions.

Should you have questions in regards to the information in the Employee Handbook, please do not hesitate to speak with one of the school administrators.

For your convenience the Employee Handbook is placed on the school’s MIS ARCHIE front page together with other manuals/handbooks.

Please read the following statements and sign below to indicate your receipt and acknowledgment of this Employee handbook.

I have received and read a copy of the Archimedean Schools Employee handbook. I understand that the policies, rules and benefits described in it are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Archimedean Schools at any time.

I further understand that my employment is terminable at will, either by myself or the Archimedean Schools, with or without cause or notice, regardless of the length of my employment or the granting of benefits of any kind.

I understand that no representative of the Archimedean Schools other than the President / The Principal or the CEBO may alter “at will” status and any such modification must be in a signed written form.

I understand that my signature below indicates that I have read and understand the above statements and that I have access to a copy of the Archimedean Schools Employee handbook.

The signed original copy of this acknowledgment will be filed in your personnel file.
