In the words of Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

Ms. Martin knew she wanted to help “change the world” from a young age, often turning her bedroom into a classroom and giving spelling tests to her two younger siblings.

Her professional journey began when she graduated from Barry University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education.

She immediately continued her studies in the Master’s in Reading Program, graduating with honors in 2006.

Since then, Ms. Martin has worked with students with varying learning abilities, supporting and inspiring young learners throughout her career.

For the past five years, she has been shaping young minds as a valued member of the Archimedean Academy community.
