I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece.

I also hold a Master of Arts in Physical Education from Western Michigan University in Michigan.

I worked for 10 years as a Physical Educator in primary and secondary public schools in Greece.

Since 2008, I have been serving as a Physical Educator at Archimedean Upper Conservatory.

In 2011, I was also appointed as the Athletic Director for both Archimedean Middle Conservatory (AMC) and Archimedean Upper Conservatory (AUC).

Through daily interaction with students, I strive to guide them toward being physically active and making healthy lifestyle choices.
