Paraskos Ariana AA Faculty

Paraskos, Ariana | English Language Art

Ms. Ariana Paraskos was born in New York and moved to Miami when she was 7 years old. She has been teaching pre-k and primary aged children since 1999. In 2004 Ms. Paraskos graduated from Barry University with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She also received an ESOL endorsement which helped prepared her to teach children whose first language is one other than English. In 2010, she graduated from Barry receiving her master’s degree in Reading K-12. Currently, she has 21 years of experience teaching young children, and she has loved every one of them. For the last few years, Ms. Paraskos has been a PreK-4 teacher and the Assistant Director at a private preschool in Miami. She cannot wait to share her love of reading and the collection of children’s books with her classes. She believes that reading to children is one of the greatest gifts we can give to them. In her classroom, your child will be exposed to many books throughout the year and gain a strong foundation in literacy that will prepare them for many years of learning.
